Marshall Marinace, President of Marshall Alarm Systems, Inc. has over 40 years of experience, instinctive electrical knowledge, and an understanding of construction, allowing him the unique ability to custom design a high quality, functional system for each customer.
“Do it right the first time so you don’t have to go back,” says Marinace. “More clients are referred from satisfied customers than anywhere else.” MAS installs professionally designed systems using quality equipment, a qualified and knowledgeable technical team, and a personal approach in order to save the customer time and money.
Marshall is the past President of the Electronic Security Association, as well as past President of the New York Burglar and Fire Alarm Association and the Westchester Alarm Association. He oversees the sales and installations and has a highly skilled and trained team working in the field daily. His office team anticipates clients’ needs and handles each and every call in a professional, personalized manner. MAS strives to provide attention to detail and conscientious service to each client.
Honesty and integrity have kept the company in business for over 35 years. Marshall personally meets with every prospective customer to educate them on the various security options to fit their specific need. “I call it like it is,” he explains. “I provide my customers with what fits their needs and budget. Every system we install is custom designed to provide the security the customer is looking for.”

Michele Marinace , Vice President & CFO
As a female executive and co-owner, which she started with her husband Marshall Marinace, Michele Marinace groomed herself at an early age for leadership and management.
As Co- Owner, Michele is responsible for wearing many hats. She has a persistent and tenacious method with sticking with a project through its completion. As an owner with long term vision, she strives to drive the business forward and helps the company maintain a stellar reputation in the industry among its peers.
During the day to day operations, Michele has also found time for training as well and has expertise in the basic functions of many of the alarm systems programing features. As a Team leader she is happy to teach and train staff as needed, while as a business owner she understands the need to put the customer first and has established a reputation for being available 24 hours a day for every customer that calls with issues and concerns.
Michele continues to be involved in the financial and customer service functions.
MJ Marinace, CEO
MJ or Junior, as most people know him, has been working in this business since the young age of 15. His interest in the mechanics of electronics developed as he began to take things apart and figure out how to put them back together. He now has over 25 years of experience in the alarm security field. MJ has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Alfred State College. After graduating, he realized that he had a knack for networking and IT work. He went on to hone his skills in both and this prepared him for his current role as CEO of Marshall Alarm Systems.
Over the past 8 years, he has restructured the company to troubleshoot (and often problem-solve) remotely, which allows for the reduction of costly and inconvenient service calls. Sophisticated technology combined with his excellent communication skills has allowed MJ to be very successful in this endeavor. While on-site visits are sometimes necessary, having the ability to service clients from the office has proven to be indescribably beneficial to all parties. Clients have expressed that the convenience of being able to call MAS and have their issue rectified so quickly is a breath of fresh air. MJ is continually working to improve processes and ensure that MAS is able to offer the very best in both
products and services, so that our customers may continue to feel valued and most importantly, safe.
Dianna Mahar , Operations Manager
Dianna Mahar has been with Marshall Alarm Systems for 11 years and has more than 25 years of experience in business administration. During her tenure, she has created and refined many of the processes that allow for seamless and effective operation of the daily activities of the business. Her attention to detail and organization are vital components of the business that help maintain the health and safety of sensitive information.
Dianna’s extensive knowledge and friendly demeanor are welcomed and appreciated by all MAS clients and employees. She is dedicated to maximizing efficiency to achieve continued success. She acts quickly to assist with whatever matter is presented to her and is an integral part of the MAS team.
Debbie Gambini , Sales Manager
Debbie Gambini comes to Marshall Alarm Systems with over 40 years sales experience in the Security Systems industry. Her extensive knowledge includes Fire Systems, Video Surveillance Systems and Security Systems for commercial and residential applications.
Over the years she has developed systems specifically designed for large estates and high-profile clients and specializes in the needs of this type of customer. She understands their desire for privacy, security, discretion and protection. Additionally, she brings this aspect of dedicated personal high-end customer service to all of our customers. From her initial appointment, scheduled at the customers convenience, to her custom installation estimates where she walks the client through the home and discusses options for state of the art devices in the areas that need protection.
Debbie prides herself on constantly honing her knowledge on many of the manufacturers and suppliers of the equipment she uses to protect the clients home or business. Honeywell, Napco, Digital Watchdog, Hikvision, Starlink, Total Connect etc. She keeps up with the advancements and new developments in technology so she can offer the best and newest solutions that suit our customer’s needs and changing lifestyles.
During her initial contact, she listens to the clients concerns and goes over the benefits of a Marshall Alarm system in their home or place of business.
Although her initial contact is for sales, her personal work ethic compels her to follow up with the clients after the installation to make sure they are satisfied, understand the system and to resolve any issues or concerns they may have.
Debbie is a persistent advocate for our customers and offers them the highest degree of customer service throughout the entire process. Because of her diligence, consideration and follow through with every customer, she has developed a strong positive customer care reputation to carry our business practices and strategies forward.
